Project Logistics Support
Using Airtrust's on-going relationships with both
the client and the customer, Airtrust works as a bridge
to continuously advise and service the client during
the project implementation stage, supporting project
follow up discussions and project design review meetings,
supporting logistical issues during project installation,
coordinating project training, supporting permit applications
and similar support issues vital to the successful
realization of a project.
Project Coordination
In order to ensure smooth project implementation,
Airtrust coordinates with the client's project team
and works with customer to develop an action plan
for post contract activities. This coordination activity
includes coordinating with domestic agencies and import/export
companies, facilitating discussions on Letter of Credit
issues, coordinating deliveries and other project
implementation issues, supporting custom clearance
requirements, coordinating and supporting local transportation
requirements, and other similar support issues vital
to the successful realization of a project.
Technical Training Assistancev
With each of the project is under way, there always
will be a follow up technical training, including
system training, operational training, installation
training, trouble shooting, maintenance training and
spare parts training. Airtrust will assist each of
the steps in the process to ensure the communications
channels are open for all parties and to coordinate
the activities.
Customer Service Center
Airtrust will assist clients to establish their in-country,
after sales, customer support and service center,
providing the client the advantages of duty-free warehousing
and product import & export access.
