| Mr. Fang is
the founder of Airtrust International Systems
Corporation and has 16 years of extensive experiences
for business entry strategic development, and
strategic relationship development, product marketing
and sales and joint ventures development in China.
Mr. Fang has been in business development consulting
for over 16 year in the field of broadband technology
and communications, satellite & wireless communications,
mobile communications. Mr. Fang has been a Key
China market development consultant, advisor,
strategist to the world's major telecommunications
and network companies namely AT&T Tridon,
GE Spacenet, Spar Aerospace Limited, ComSat-RSI,
Orbcomm Global, IDB Systems, L-3 Communications,
ComStream, ABB Nera, Astro Malaysia with a significant
proven business development achievements.
His expertise ranges
from network technology, product entry strategy,
project financing and investment. Under Mr. Fang's
leadership, the group has been involved in the
Chinese telecommunications & broadband network
development for the past 16 years and has built
more than 10 satellite and wireless based private
networks including broadcast networks in China
valued at more than USD 100 million today. Mr.
Fang holds a Bachelor of Science degree from both
the Sichuan University in China and the University
of Wisconsin and is a MBA candidate from University
of Houston. |

Ling, Senior Vice President, Operations |

Ms. Fang serves as
Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Airtrust
International Systems' China operations. Ms. Fang bring
more than 13 years of broadband telecommunications and
broadcast business development experience as well as
corporate management experience. As Managing Director
of the corporate China operation, Ms. Fang is responsible
for corporate China strategy design, marketing and sales.
She has extensive experience in executive management,
analyzing, developing and managing appropriate distribution
channels for market coverage, including business development
consultants, distributors, and agents/representatives.
She is also very experienced in recruiting, developing,
and managing of sales staff and sales organizations
with particular emphasis on team building, objective
setting, metrics development and measurement, and implementation
of required corrective actions. Ms. Fang is a key team
leader, strategist, tactician and negotiator for corporate
network project award in China, which today valued at
USD100+ million. Prior to join the company, Ms. Fang
was the Associate Chief Editor for "Management
World" Magazine under the powerful State Council
of China. Ms. Fang is a graduate of Sichuan University
with BA degree and Master of Arts degree in Philosophy
from Beijing University. |

Siyuan, Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy |

Ms. Yang Siyuan is
Senior Vice President of Airtrust International Systems.
Mrs. Yang brings 25 years of extensive telecommunication,
networking experience from China. Over the 25 years,
she served many high profile companies under the Ministry
of Information Industry where she has received many
awards from the ministry of her leadership. She was
Chairman & CEO of Shenzhen Peiru Communications
Systems Company, a Shenzhen government and Ministry
of Information joint venture company. Prior to this,
she served as Chairman and CEO of Chang Hong Communication
Equipment Company where under her leadership, the company
developed ATM-IP switch and became the top switch manufacture
under the Ministry with annual revenue of RMB 1 billion.
From 1980-2000, she served number of different bureaus
under the Ministry and telecommunication companies under
the Ministry. Mrs. Yang brings key ministry and operator
relationship to the group. Mrs. Yang was graduated from
XinJiang University of China and holds a MBA degree. |

Hu, Senior Vice President, Business Development |

Mr. Hu is responsible
for international marketing development, especially
Europe and South-east Asia market. Mr. Hu is also the
founder of Bim Sifram Group, a technology company in
pharmaceutical and Para pharmaceutical field. Mr. Hu
has more than 20 years extensive industry experiences
in senior management, business development and operations
in the field of technology, telecommunication and investment
market. He has more than 20 years experience in China
market development including the selection of strategic
partners, sales channel establishment, and venture development.
Mr. Hu holds a MBA from the Business School of Paris
and B.S. degree from University of Southwest Medical
Science. |

Hong, Vice President, Finance |

Mrs. Hong served as
vice president of Finance and Administration at Airtrust
International Systems for 15 years. Mrs. Hong is directly
responsible for corporate budget planning, administration
management, and project finance. In her 10 years of
corporate finance management experience at Airtrust,
Mrs. Hong has demonstrated her ability to manage and
control the budget and project finance. She is directly
responsible for corporate accounting, budgeting, and
establishment of professional relationship with the
local banking community as well as the local government
agencies including the business registration, taxation,
and licenses. Ms. Hong held B. A. Degree in marketing
& Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens

| Mr. Sal Lopez,
Chief Technologist |

Mr. Lopez is an
experienced executive and entrepreneur with over nineteen
years of experience in the high technology sector including
wireless communications, telecommunications and semiconductor
industries. Mr. Lopez has a demonstrated track record
with respect to startup management and product development
with numerous high technology companies. In addition
Mr. Lopez consults with a range of venture capital firms.
He is also serving as CTO for WorldStar Mobile LLC,
an affiliate company, that has been established to be
a market leader in providing Mobile TV, Video and Media
services to mobile operators and subscribers.
Mr. Lopez serves as the
CTO driving creation, development and deployment of
mobile multimedia technologies on mobile devices and
personal computers over broad array of networks. He
is the key product architect and is driving the intellectual
property management and licensing efforts.
Previously, Mr. Lopez
was the COO, Vice President of Engineering, and founder
of MacPhy Technologies Inc. an advanced 3G/4G wireless
software company targeting mobile devices. He spearheaded
all business planning focused on 3G opportunities including
W-CDMA/HSDPA, and TD-SCDMA. Mr. Lopez headed all development
for the Advanced Broadband Receiver products focused
on the 3G IP communication cores. He was the key product
architect and drove the intellectual property management
effort.
Earlier in his career,
Mr. Lopez co-founded and headed operations for Raze
Technologies Inc., a last mile broadband wireless systems
company. In addition, Mr. Lopez held a series of senior
level positions at Motorola, Samsung, and Uniden. His
experiences have included management and key contributor
roles that have ranged from R&D, Product Strategy,
Time-to-Market Product Development and Product Management.
Mr. Lopez has spearheaded numerous product development
cycles in the following technologies: Broadband Wireless
Access (IEEE802.16d/e), 3G-CDMA (W-CDMA, TD-SCDMA, &
cdma2000), CDMA (IS-95 & 1xrtt), Video CODEC Platforms
(H.264, TrueMotion VP6&VP7), TDMA (IS-136b), TETRA
(PLMR), iDEN (Nextel), and FLEX/ReFLEX (SkyTel). Mr.
Lopez graduated with a BSEE Purdue University with graduate
work at Purdue University and has six US patents and
numerous applications. |

| Mr. Xie Lu,
Vice President of Marketing |

Mr. Xie Lu is the
Vice President of Marketing, prior to join Airtrust;
Lu was serving as President of Beijing Infohead International
Consulting Corporation where he directed the company
business into one of the largest Chinese market development
consultants in China. He was also a general partner
at Lief International (USA) Inc. in New York, a subsidiary
of China National Chemical Import and Export Corporation
and managed the group's trade activities with United
States. He was Senior Manager at Chori America Inc in
New York (A Japanese multinational corporation) where
he managed the group USA marketing and sales activities.
He served as senior manager at China National Minerals
& Metals Import and Export Corporation (Minmetals)
in Beijing between 1985-1995 where he chaired the Import
and Export group and contributed more than 100 million
dollar trade annually for the companies. Mr. Xie has
18 years of extensive international business development
experience in the field of management, public relations,
marketing and business development. A received his MBA
from Southeastern University in Washington D.C., Master
of Science in Engineering management from Beijing University
of Science and Technology in Beijing. Lu is also a candidate
for the Masters in Financial Engineering at Columbia
University in New York. |
